From Montpellier to Dalian, then to the Canal Saint-Martin

It all started with a question: why do some hands relieve where others fail? I studied traditional Chinese medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of Montpellier, then did a clinical internship in Dalian, China, where I discovered Tuina and an idea that has never left me: the body knows how to regain its balance, provided we invite it to.

Back in France, I trained in Zen Shiatsu with Catherine Lewicki (Iokai lineage, Masunaga method), then practised in Montpellier before settling in Paris in 2015. There I ran the Herborist brand spa at Opéra, where I refined my massage technique and discovered facial care.

Then came the encounter with fascia: trained in Tissual Balancing, I found the thread that linked my whole path. Empreinte Zen was born from this fusion: shiatsu, Chinese medicine, trigger points and fascia work, in a slow, precise and deep approach. I believe in the regularity of massage, not only in the exception: I want to leave a lasting imprint.

After more than 13 years of practice and more than 4,600 people supported, I welcome you at my practice at 40 rue du Faubourg du Temple, quiet and on a courtyard, a short walk from République.
