About me

From Montpellier to Dalian, then to the Canal Saint-Martin

It all started with a question: why do some hands bring relief where so many others fail? To answer it, I went to the source. I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine in Montpellier, then I went on a clinical internship in Dalian, China. There, I discovered Tuina and an idea that has stayed with me ever since: the body knows how to regain its balance, provided it is encouraged to do so.

Upon returning to France, I furthered my Zen Shiatsu training with Catherine Lewicki, following the Iokai school and the Masunaga method. I then practiced in a clinic in Montpellier before moving to Paris in 2016.

In Paris, I managed the Herborist spa near the Opéra. There, I refined my massage techniques and discovered the world of facial treatments. A precious interlude that taught me that well-being is also found in the details: the welcome, the atmosphere, the time taken.

Then came the encounter with fascia. Trained in Tissue Balancing fasciatherapy, I found the thread that connected my entire journey. Fascia is this living tissue that unites muscles, organs, and emotions. When it is released, the whole body breathes again.

From this fusion, Empreinte Zen was born: Shiatsu, Chinese Medicine, trigger points, and fascia work, all brought together in a slow, precise, and profound approach. I don't just aim to provide relaxation during a single session. I want to leave a lasting impression, one that takes root with each appointment. That's why I believe so strongly in the importance of regular massage, not just the occasional session.

After more than thirteen years of practice and having supported over 4,600 people, I now welcome you to my office at 40 rue du Faubourg du Temple, a quiet courtyard space just steps from République. With the same curiosity as on day one, and the desire to help you rediscover a fluid, vibrant, and responsive body.
