About
Massage acts on the nervous system, muscles and circulation. Received regularly, at least once a month, it helps to:
Reduce stress and sleep better: it promotes relaxation and calms the nervous system.
Relieve pain and tension: it releases muscles and fascia and loosens joints.
Improve posture and breathing: it frees the back, neck, shoulders and chest.
Recover better: by calming the nervous system, it supports overall balance.
Feel good in your body: wellbeing, self-confidence, reconnection.
Understanding the rebound effect in massage
After a massage, the body adapts and may react for a few days: tiredness, soreness, passing pain, contractures, tingling. This effect is not systematic, and its absence does not mean the session was not effective. To get through it well: drink water, rest, avoid intense effort and excess (alcohol, heavy meals) and listen to your body. If it is very intense, lasts more than a few days or the symptoms seem unusual, talk to me or consult your doctor.
